Magenta Associates was incorporated in Nigeria on January 17, 2008. Prior to its incorporation, a series of activities were undertaken by its three (3) co-founders who’s primary objective was to create wealth by setting aside part of their disposable funds and teaming up with “like-minded” individuals to leverage on their collective financial power and individual strengths to invest as a venture capital firm in the rapidly developing Nigerian market.
